About our appetizers & street food
The first plate of the meal, and where the Nepali, Indian and Indo-Chinese sides of the kitchen sit closest together. Pani puri and chatpate are eaten standing up on a Kathmandu street; samosa and pakoda come out of the same fryer as chicken 65 and chilli chicken. Order three or four for the table and share them — that is how this half of the menu is meant to be eaten.
