The same curry bases as the rest of the kitchen, built around shrimp and salmon instead of meat. Seafood cooks fast, so these go into the sauce at the end rather than simmering in it — the shrimp stay firm and the salmon holds together. Every one is available mild through hot; the vindaloo is the one with real heat.
